Stationhand/Stockman
Applicants who work at the venue must be capable of undertaking the day to day operations of the venue and looking after the guests. Must be outgoing, enjoy working with people, neat and fastidious, well presented with an eye for detail. Must be capable of organizing tasks in the field area. It would be essential that applicants are able to ride a horse.
The applicants should have good animal husbandry skills as well as general rural skills. This position suits people who like to communicate and enjoys their rural heritage and takes pride in working in a well kept property. It would be a desired skill to be able to competently undertake sheep shearing, and do whip cracking.

Assistant Overseer
Oversee staff and prepare work schedules and assign tack and horses to weekly guests.
Plan daily riding program to include instruction needed and levels of rides.
Supervise horse activities including but not limited to care of horses, controlling of supplies, and general maintenance of areas and equipment.
Must be flexible and willing to work in any capacity.
Farm Caretaker /Maintenance/General hand
Must have experience with all aspects of farm livestock including sheep, goats, poultry, horses, cattle with duties such as their husbandry and their raising and care.
Must desire to work diligently indoors and outdoors on a variety of tasks which may include grounds care, garbage patrol, vehicle cleaning, minor building repairs, vehicle & tractor maintenance, chopping wood, repairing and installing new fencing, assisting and working in any department as needed.

Outdoor Corporate Facilitator
Must have experience with all aspects of outdoor corporate adventure work including orienteering, abseiling,
Must desire to work diligently indoors and outdoors on a variety of tasks which may include the grounds, assisting and working in any department as needed.

Plan daily programme to include instructional needed and levels of participants.
Horse Riding /Supervisor/Guide
The Centre has around 120 horses ranging from miniatures ponies through to large Clydesdales. The trail riding centre undertakes hourly, 1/2 day full day and adventure rides and our customers range from children through to corporate riders. The major proportion of our rides are adventures rides.

Experience required and must be able to demonstrate excellent horse handling skills.
Must be safety conscious, ability to instruct guests of all ages, plus overnight trips.
Riding program includes farm trail rides, half and all day outings.
Activities program includes campouts, scenic river rides, cattle drives, bushwalking & touring area by 4WD.
Provide guest transportation, and perform other duties as directed.
Proficient knowledge of horses and veterinary medicine.
Must be able to treat any other common ailments.
Farrier skills would be helpful.
Riding on a daily basis, assisting staff as needed with transportation.
