Pre Reception Drinks served with  Appetizers

Predinner drinks consists of a selection of sherry and champagne,  Soft drinks  plus

Tea & Coffee with a selection of  Appetizers of Canapés, Dips, Pate Cheeses,

Olives, Bread and Crackers  to be served over a period of one hour.  

followed by Four Hours Beverage Service: 
 4 hours continuous Beverage Service with Dinner consisting of  Selected Red and White Wines, Champagne,  Carlton & Tooheys' full & light strength Beers,

Orange Juice  and soft drink. and selection of Non-Alcoholic  Wines,

Cocktails  &  Sparkling Wines, Ciders and water

A full range of spirits and mixed drinks may also be made available 

for the duration of your function at bar prices.

Coffee and Tea  is available throughout  your reception.
